Job Description:
- The opening is for executive and senior executive role in operations team.
- Key responsibilities of role include the following
Payments:
- Preparing purchase orders and managing reconciliations, accruals for eBooks,pBooks and non category payments
- To ensure timely payments for eBooks, Non category payments and pBooks
- Overseeing the resolution of all payment related requests/queries for the Books Category
- Regular and indepth analysis of payments made to eBooks vendors
Business:
- Identification and resolution of gaps in invoices and purchase orders raised for pBooks
- To ensure timely payment account creation for all new vendors onboarded for eBooks
- Work with cross functional groups to ensure speedy execution and resolution of matters of priority
Process:
To introduce automated systems to eliminate existing manual processes in the systemKnowledge and Skills Required:
- Basic Knowledge about operations
- Retail Industry Knowledge
- Excel Analysis
- High degree of Accuracy
