Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferably Diploma in the relevant subject.
Experience: The candidate should posses an excellent communication and writing skill in English and shall be responsible for recording the proceedings of the meetings and interaction with the high level Government Officials through correspondence and in person. He / she should also posses experience in public relations with adequate organizing capacity and must have held similar experience of not less than fifteen years in any Premier Academic Institute or Government Organisation in the Pay Band of ^15,600 - 39,100 or equivalent of which at least five years with the with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-.
