Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in application support
- Strong in PC, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
- Good in OS troubleshooting (Win 7 apart from win 2K, XP, etc)
- Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
- Exposure to Lotus notes, MS Outlook, MS word, MS excel and Media back up
- Knowledge on Blackberry configuration
- Knowledge on desktop, laptop inventory
- Good interpersonal, Analytical skills, Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems
- Willingness to learn and zeal towards providing desktop support and handling IT tickets
- Willing to work 24/7
- Good communication skills
