Job Description:
- Myntra.com is looking for a Build and Release Engineer who can thrive in this intellectually challenging and changing environment.
- We are seeking candidates who are proactive, self-starters, and have a proven track record to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team as required.
- As a Build and Release Engineer, your responsibility would be to understand, adapt and improve the build and release processes of Myntra software.
Desired Skills:
- A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience with source code repositories and version control systems and branch management (Github/bitbucket).
- Experience with build/continuous integration tools (Hudson, Jenkins).
- Experience with Maven for build execution and publication.
- Experience in designing, building, maintaining and coordinating an automated build/ release from Development to production environment.
- Experience with Technologies such as Android, Python/Django, Postgres database.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum process desirable.
Qualifications:
- BCA/MCA or BE or ME degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering.
Requirements:
- Must Have Hands on experience in: NPM, Unix, Jenkins, Shell, Git, Ant, Maven, Make
- Must Have Software Configuration Management(SCM): Git, GitIntegrations/Syncs/Merges.
- Must Have Continuous Integration(CI): CruiseControl,Jenkins/HudsonWeb
- Must HaveOS: Unix/Linux,Windows
- Must Have Specialties: Ant, Maven, Java, Subversion, Git,Bitbucket, Jenkins
