Educational Qualifications (as on 01/10/2014):
Generalist -> Degree from recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
Specialist -> Degree from recognized university in the relevant discipline or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
Selection Process: Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Interview.
