MSME Tool Room Hyderabad Recruitment 2015 (60 Vacancies)

MSME-Tool Room, Hyderabad (Central institute of Tool Design (CITD)) invites applications from the eligible candidates for recruitment of following Faculty, Non-Teaching and Machine Operator posts for Hyderabad, Sub / Extension centre's at Vijayawada, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Kolar Gold Field KGF), Karnataka purely an contract / consolidated basis. Faculty Posts:

CAD/CAM/CAE	15	Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2 to 3 years in teaching. Desirable: Knowledge in any of the two or more following CAD/CAE/CAM software's (AutoCAD, CREOT CATIA, Unigraphics, Delcam, Mastercarn, Ansys, Hypermesh, Solidworks, MSG Nastran & Patran, Abbaqus, etc.,)
VLSI & Embedded Systems Faculty	04	Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in ECE/EEE or equivalent Experience: 2 to 3 years in teaching Desirable: Knowledge in EDATools & Hardware.
Automation Faculty	05	Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in ECE/ EEE / Mechatronics or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 3 years in teaching. Desirable: Knowledge in advanced Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Sensor Technology, PLC & SCADA and Industrial Robotics.
Faculty for Academic Subjects	10	Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering, B.Sc/M.Sc, MA (English) or equivalent as applicable to subject. Experience - 2 to 3 years in Teaching.
CNC Desktop Trainer	02	Qualification - Diploma / B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. Experience: 2 to 3 years in Teaching Desirable - 2D / 3D Programming Knowledge and training trainees on CNC Desktop Turning / Milling machines.

Non-Teaching Posts:

Office Assistant (Training Department)	12	Qualification - Any Graduate with computer Knowledge.
Placement Officer	01	Qualification - Any Graduate with MBA(HR) Experience - Minimum 3 years as a placement officer preferably in Training / Educational Institutions /reputed job consultancies.
Design Engineer	01	Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Design and Development of Press Tools, Dies, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures or execution of Automation projects. Desirable: Knowledge in any two or more following software's, Pro-E/Unigraphics/Ansys/Hypermesh.

Machine Operators:

CNC Lathe	04	Qualification : ITI (Turner) / D.M.E. Experience: 3 years on CNC Lathe machining operations including programming to perform job independently. Desirable: Knowledge to read/ interpret 2D drawings. Selection of cutting tools. Inserts & Tool holders to suit the cutting parameters/profiles.
CNC Cylindrical Grinding	03	Qualification: ITI (Grinder) /D.M.E Experience: 3 years on CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines including programming to perform the job independently.
Millwright Fitter	03	Qualification: ITI (Fitter) /D.M.E Experience: 5 years in repair and maintenance of Conventional / CNC Machines. Must be conversant with preventive and breakdown maintenance in any machine shop.
Manpower contractor	20 to 25 Members	Tenders are invited from reputed licensed contractors for providing Semi Skilled / Skilled / Highly Skilled operators (20 to 25 members) and shall make payments to them as per Government of India, Labour Act rates. Contractor shall comply with all statutory compliances like EPF, ESI, etc.
