Job Description:
The role is aligned to products delivery under the preview of Consulting operations at Aon Hewitt. The incumbent in this role provides project delivery support in the aligned vertical. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring timely and consistent delivery of projects in line with the prescribed quality parameterRole Details:
- Project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction
- Understand and apply processes directly linked to their own work
- Support any process and technology enhancements/ initiatives
- Collaborates with peers at Aon Hewitt to understand methodologies and data findings
- Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching
Knowledge/Skills and Experience:
- 2014 pass out.
- General awareness of business environment
- Exposure to project based work environment or back office for financial processes or research environment
- Comfortable in working in a changing and high growth environment while taking directions and ensuring closure on action items.
- Aptitude for data research , interpretation and create logical inferences
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
