Qualification & Experience: A good academic record with minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject. the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Controller of Examinations -> A Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its Equivalent grade. At least 15 Years of Experience.
Private Secretary / Personal Assistant -> Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 50% or more marks and proficiency in English. Shorthand (English) speed 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English on Computer. Diploma/ Certificate in Office Management & Secretariat Procedure OR equivalent. Knowledge of computer application viz MS Office/ Power Point/ Excel etc.
