Job Description:
- Fresh B.Com (Computers), BSc (Computers) & MSc (Computers) (2014 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Basic SQL language knowledge
- Knowledge of any programming language would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Open to working in Night Shift
Laterals:
- 1 to 2 year of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting and screening or a similar role
- Monitor job posting traffic
- Review applicants to determine qualification based on requirements
- Respond to Recruiters and communicate status of requisitions as appropriate
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to source and mine candidates
- Database Management; review pipeline for each requisition and update candidates status accordingly
- Execute search strings on the major job boards
- Search internet sources for potential candidates
- Source and mine Big Boards in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Document interactions including status updates with candidates in their profile in applicant tracking system
- Performs related work as required
- Willingness to work in late night shifts.
