Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Professor ->

a) Masters Degree in Food Science / Food Science & Technology / Food Science & Nutrition | Agricultural Process Engineering / Food Process Engineering / Post Harvest Technology. If Candidates with Doctoral degrees in relevant subjects are available they will be preferred over the Masters Degree holders.
b) Desirable - Ph.D in the relevant field; National Eligibility Test (NET) qualified.

AAO ->

a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis (OR) With five years regular service in the post in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 GP:2800 (or) with 3 years service in the scale of Rs.9300-34800 GP:4200.
b) (i) Successful completion of Training in the Accounts wing of the Central / State Government Organization. (ii) A pass in SAS or equivalent examination conducted by Central / State Government agencies.

Technician Laboratory (T3) -> Bachelor-x99s Degree or equivalent in Food Science.

Technician Laboratory (T1) -> Matriculate with at least One year certificate in craftsmanship in food and bakery products from a recognized institution.
