Responsibilities:
- Technical background, knowledge and understanding of following to do development and implementation of End Point Management
- SSL Certificate Management: Understanding of CSR , CRL, Certificate Authority , Certificate Issuing etc.
- Understanding of PCI Guidelines and exposure
- Windows 2012 Server Administrator and Knowledge
- Basic Network and Firewall understanding
- Active Directory Provide Tier-3 support for the assigned application area with the help of other team members. o Analyze the issues and generate the re-production steps.
- Fix the bugs & test the fix.
- Get the work reviewed by senior members. o Get help of senior team members to follow-up with the user to ensure the closure.
- Ensure Support SLA compliance for assigned tasks.
- Provide off hours support as required.
- Provide technical analysis, debugging and problem solving skills.
- Follow the process guidelines as defined with in IT-PRP Processes / Global Support Processes - Timely update of Time sheet.
- Timely updates to JIRA / ATLAS as per the process guidelines.
- Provide regular status / data inputs of current assignments and escalate the issues in time to the Module / Project Lead.
- Ensure the source code consistency by following defined SCM processes.
- Assure compliance with NCR Services standards, such as process, methodology, and architecture
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.
