Age Limit (as on 1st July 2013):
For Officer Scale-I -> 18 to 28 Years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1995 (both dates inclusive)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) –> 18 to 28 Years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.07.1985 and later than 01.07.1995 (both dates inclusive)
Probation Period: 02 Years for Officer Scale-I; 01 Year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

Educational Qualifications:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(b) Essential - Proficiency in local language (i.e Gujarati).
(c) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.
Officer Scale-I ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(b) Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
(c) Essential - Proficiency in local language (i.e Gujarati).
(d) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Pre-Requisite Qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained the following Total Weighted Score (Qualifying Standard Score)

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. The Interview will be held at the Bharuch.
Application Fee: Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates; Rs. 100/- for all others. Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Bank of Baroda , by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank's website.
