Job Description:
* Recruitment & Head Hunting
* Experience in BPO Hiring
* Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals
* Handling Walkins
* Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation
* Understanding thoroughly the manpower requirement
* Screening Candidates and lining up the candidates
* Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
* Accurate data reporting on daily basis
Desired Profile:
* Excellent spoken and written English skills
* Basic Knowledge of computer like MS Office
* Should be willing to run extra mile and take up new challenges
* Should not be pursuing any regular course
* Candidates with experience in hiring for International BPO
* (voice) / Consultancy experience can also apply
