Educational Qualifications:
Manager (Civil) -> First Class Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6 years of post qualification relevant work experience.
Manager (electrical) -> First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 6 years of post qualification relevant work experience.
Manager (IT) -> First class Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication (OR) A First class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication. Minimum 6 years of post qualification relevant work experience.
Deputy Manager (Examination Development) -> First class Post Graduate degree with specialization in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance). Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (HR) -> First class Post Graduate degree in MBA (HR) or MHRM or any allied qualification or a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (F&A) -> First class Post Graduate degree in Commerce (OR) Inter CA. Incumbent having one or more professional qualifications viz. CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) would be preferred. Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience.
