Job Description:
- To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
- B2B phone Calls.
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Education Qualification :
- Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc EXCEPT IT or CS/MBA/MCA).
- BE/B Tech Fresher with % up to 70% can apply
- BE/B Tech with call center experience can also apply.
- B.E/B.Tech Fresher with less than 65% aggregate marks can apply
- Post graduate can apply except MCA/ MS (IT/Comp Science).
