Educational Qualifications:
DEO -> 10+2 with Diploma in Computers/ NIELIT \'O\' Level and typing speed of 30WPM in English /25 WPM in Hindi and one year experience.
Customer Support Persons -> 10+2 with Diploma in Computer Application with minimum one year experience.
Computer Operator (Steno) -> Graduate with one year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/ NIELIT \'A\' Level/NIELIT Diploma and knowledge of short hand.
(OR) BCA/BSC (IT/CS) and knowledge of short hand.
Computer Operator (Accounts) -> B. Com with one year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science /Applications/ NIELIT \'A\' Level/NIELIT Diploma and Tally as one of the subject.
Computer Operator (Tally) -> B .Com with One year working experience in Tally Software. Tally certificate from any institute.
Assistant Programmer -> B.E./B. Tech Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics (OR) MCA (OR) NIELIT \'B\' Level.
Technical Support Persons -> Graduate with one year Diploma in Computer Application and typing speed of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi and one year experience.

Educational Qualifications:
Manager (MIS) -> MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science) 1st Division ( Regular preferable ) from reputed institution with experience of 2 years in project management.
Project Coordinator -> MBA 1st Division ( Regular preferable ) with an experience of 2 years in IT related projects.
Accountant -> B.Com 1st Division or M.Com 2nd Division with 3 years experience of commercial accounts and working knowledge of Tally Software.
Data Entry Operator -> 10+2 with 60% marks and should have passed A level computer course examination (Equivalent to Advance Diploma level) with at-least 55% marks
conducted by DOEACC, Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India. [OR] 10+2 with 60% marks and 3 years Diploma in Modern Office Practice with 1st Division from a Diploma level institute duly recognized by the State Board of Technical Education. Speed in Computer Typing in English of at-least 30 w.p.m. is an essential requirement for the post and preference will be given to those having knowledge of Computer Typing in Punjabi and Punjabi upto Matric standard is essential. If the incumbent is not having Punjabi upto Matric standard at the time of appointment, in that case, he will have to pass Punjabi upto Matric standard within one year.
