Job Description:
- Inbound customer service blended profile
- Taking inbound calls from domestic customers
- Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
- Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
- Should be able to resolve customer queries
- Good communication skills
- Domestic shifts (10am- 7pm / 9am to 6pm / 12am to 9pm window), 9hr shift can be given.
