Job Description:
- Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers.
- Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.
- Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age limit 18-45 yrs
- Undergraduate
- Excellent Communication
- Basic computer skills
- Should be comfortable in 24/7 rotation environment,
- Minimum qualification required HSC Passed
- MCA/MCM/MBA/BE ( Need not apply)
- BCA & BSC(IT/CS) ( Need not apply)
- Candidate should not be pursuing any regular course .
- Candidates should reside with in transportation boundaries
- CST to Belapur, Thane to Vashi, CST to Thane and Colaba to Mira Road
