Job Description:
- Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
- To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
- Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
