Job Description:
- It is a Customer care project.
- This process deals into end to end airline operation
- Handling customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Rebooking,Credit card verification and Queues Management
- Supporting email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
- Handling inbound queries of the passengers
Desired Profile:
- Freshers are eligible
- Dropouts, Undergraduates and Graduates can apply
- Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 Shifts(rotational shifts)
- Candidates should have good communication skills
