Educational Qualifications:
Assistant General Manager - Finance -> Graduate in commerce with Chartered Accountant having 15 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry, out of which 5 years in a senior position.The incumbent shall assist the Management in all matters related to financial policies and systems. The candidate shall oversee areas such as Accounting, Taxation, Value Added Tax, Income Tax, Central Excise, Service Tax, Banking with respect to arranging short term and long term funding, Budgeting and Audit Management.
Area Manager - Agrovet -> Graduate in any discipline. Preferably B.V.Sc./ B.Sc. Agri. will have an added advantage. Minimum of three years of experience as a front line Manager, in selling Veterinary & Agro products and will be responsible for achieving the sales target of Animal Health & Agro Products of his region.
Agrovet Service Representatives (ASRs) -> The candidates should be a Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given for the candidates having experience in selling of Veterinary/Agro Products.
Professional Service Representatives (PSRs) -> The candidates should be a Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given for the candidates having experience in selling Pharma Products.
Executive - Administration -> MA Post Graduate in Hindi from a recognized university/ institution. Candidate should have studied English as one of the elective subject in graduation. The candidate should be liasioning with external agencies with regard to implementation of Rajbhasha. Computer knowledge of working in Hindi / English is mandatory. Candidate should have 5 years of experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa. The candidate should assist Hindi Officer and Vigilance Officer.
Management Trainee (QC) -> Master Degree in Science with specialization in organic / inorganic / analytical or instrumentation, with or without experience.
