Educational Qualifications:
General Manager (Plant) -> Minimum Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Petrochemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/EEE/Production/ Instrumentation).
General Manager (Marketing & Distribution) -> Minimum Any Degree (Agriculture / Horticulture discipline will be preferred) / MBA in Marketing (Full / Part Time) from reputed Institution.
Liaison Representative -> Any Degree.
Medical Assistant -> Passed Senior Secondary (10 + 2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. B.Sc., (Nursing). Must have their names registered in the State Nursing Council.
Junior Technical Assistant - Maintenance -> SSLC, with valid HMV Licence and Crane Operation Experience Certificate.
Fireman -> Matriculation. Must have completed Fireman's Certificate Course from NFSC, Nagpur / State / Central Government Fire Service Institute. The duration of the course shall not be less than Six Months. (OR) Ex-Servicemen who undergone training in Basic Fire Fighting and Operation of Fire Tenders with a Certificate from Defence Services.
Selection Process: Interview.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- in the case of General Manager posts and Rs.250/- for other posts. The fee pay through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of "Madras Fertilizers Ltd.," payable at Chennai. No application fee for SC / ST, Persons with Disability and Ex-Servicemen.
