Job Description:
- Insurance Process.
- Inbound Customer Service Calls from UK Customers.
- To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer\'s queries.
- Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer need.
- Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- To achieve the productivity target.
Eligibility:
- Graduates : Experienced / Freshers.
- Undergraduates: min 12 months experience in any domain.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Willing to work in UK shifts with Sat & Sunday fixed offs..
- Basic understanding about computers.
- B.E, B.Tech,M.E & M. Tech are not eligible.
