Job Description:
- Providing Customer support, MS Office (Word , Excel, etc.) & Banking / Insurance domain.
- Good communication skills.
- Client interaction and management skills.
- Can join at the earliest.
- Front office operation environment.
- Supervision / Knowledge of all the Branch Processes with Full ownership/ Customer Interaction is the key Job/ Adherence to Service Level Agreements / reporting to Regional Manager
- Good communication skills; liaison with Branch & customer; Insurance domain knowledge; digitization skills & Advance knowledge of Computers (MS Office).
- Data entry / QC / indexing / Scanning / Scrutiny of documents / Cash management /
- Knowledge of computer operation, typing speed, preferably having knowledge on insurance process working at branch level.
