Job Description:
- The selected candidate will be a part of the operations team in the US mortgage domain.
- This role requires an analytical mindset in order to go beyond operational deliverables and be good at problem solving and providing solutions as it will involve daily interaction with the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing loan worthiness and reviewing financial statements.
- Configuring financial data and documents in the ERP system.
- Performing verifications as per the process to determine authenticity of data.
- Generating final agreements for execution.
Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service focus, with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our clients.
- Commitment to delivering quality results and overcoming obstacles and challenges in a time-sensitive environment.
Desired Profile:
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Prior knowledge in finance/ mortgage is NOT required.
- Graduates (in any stream) preference would be given to candidates from finance background.
- CTC: INR 3 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per annum (Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
- MBA First/Second/Third Semester please do not apply.
- We welcome candidates from out of Mumbai. Initial Relocation Support in the form of travel and accommodation reimbursement is provided candidates who have been offered employment, as per the company policy.
- Mumbai based candidates must be staying in Navi Mumbai, Harbour Line & Central Suburbs.
