(a) Matriculation certificate and Mark sheet,
(b) Proof of Age,
(c) Caste Certificate (for SC/OBC candidates only),
(d) Character Certificate,
(e) Latest coloured photograph (Two),
(f) Two self-addressed envelopes duly affixed with postage stamp's of Rs25/-.
