Job Description:
- Responsible for the DBA support globally
- Co-ordinates with customers / other teams / vendors in resolving requests and incidents
- Installation and configuration of SQL Server DBs
- Implementing changes to the database objects
- Providing assistance to the application team in identifying database problems
- Executing backup and recovery of the database as and when required
- Exposure to TDP / TSM for data recovery
- Database Security adherence
- Process adherence, process improvements and knowledge management
- Involve in problem management
- Exposure to SCOM monitoring tool
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
