Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent interviewing & communication skill
- MIS Reports all reports related to recruitment
- Computer proficiency - working knowledge of MS Office
- Coordination with HR & Ops for Support Hiring
- Working on all data required for Recruitment (like MIS)
- Scanning Documents for BGC
- Collating hiring scores for COPC
- Maintain files for Recruitment
- Background Verification SPOC to ensure reports are on-time and inefficiencies if raised are processed
- Team Player
- Deadline driven
Desired Profile:
- MBA (HR) freshers are welcome
- Exp. - 6 months of relevant experience
- Must have Good Communication skills.
- Computer proficiency - working knowledge of MS Office.
