Job Description:
- Call Monitoring Listening to recorded calls [English] and evaluating the performance of the interviewer on various parameters as per defined rules/directives and provide feedback.
- Maintaining MIS for receipt and processed files.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate with a flair of English
- Academically sound with minimum 50% in SSC, HSC & 50% Aggregate in graduation
- Excellent command over English both spoken and written
- Good listening & comprehension skills (US & Canada ascent)
- Typing speed at least 50 wpm
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good analytical skills
- Call center experience in assessing quality of calls done by operators/executives and providing feedback
