Job Description:
- Processing Purchase Orders / Quotes in SAP and other requests related to Order Management sent by the North
- America (US and Canada) Honeywell distributors for ACS ECC products.
- Process Credit Card orders and also take authorizations in EC-Zone and follow up with US & India credit teams in case of irregularities.
- Meeting the service levels by ensuring that emergency orders are booked well within the service levels for immediate Shipment
Qualification:
- A Degree / Graduate with a minimum of 6+ Months of experience.
- Good written and spoken communication skills with a customer service process.
- Currently working in a similar Backend process
- Minimum typing proficiency of 50 WPM
- Customer Service Experience
- Process will work between 8AM-8PM CST M-F
- Basic understanding Six Sigma is an added advantage
