Job Description:
- To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
- B2B phone Call.
- Analyze and process accounts.
- Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
- Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Candidates from Noida would be preferred.
- Relevant experience in insurance process would be preferred.
Education Qualification :
- Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc/MBA except CS/IT )
- Post graduate can apply except MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science) .
- Freshers can apply except B.Tech.
