Job Description:
1. Non Voice CSD
Role:
Role:
- Will be handling email /grievance of customers.
- Graduates B.Com, BBA, BBI, BMS (Minimum 50% in all SSC, HSC and Graduation)
- Fluency in English - Should be able to communicate with the evaluator in English without hesitation, breaks or grammatical errors
- English Writing
- Minimum 1 years of email/grievance handling Experience
- Candidate should be ready to work in shifts: 3pm-11.30pm shift
2. Voice Part Time
Role:
- Will be handling customers queries.
- Graduates B.Com, BBA, BBI, BMS (Minimum 50% in all SSC, HSC and Graduation)
- Fluency in English - Should be able to communicate with the evaluator in English without hesitation, breaks or grammatical errors
- English Writing
- Fluency in Hindi
- Candidate should be ready to work in shifts: 5.30pm-10pm shift or 8am to 12.30pm shift
