Responsibilities:
- Manage the Citrix Xenapp and Virtual desktop infrastructure environment. Provision and de-provision virtual desktops. handling user request which includes CMIS tickets.
- Automating system administration related activities. Server deployment and maintenance.
- Documentation and reporting. Ready to work on 24X7 support
Qualification:
- Good communication. Analytical skills (Excel, word and powerpoint knowledge).
- Knowledge in SQL DBA, Windows servers, Citrix products, Vmware and storage. OS and application troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptive to dynamic challenges. Quick learner.
