Specific Responsibility/ Activities:
- Knowledge on various search engines, ability to leverage on these search tools to gather product related information.
- Understanding of specifications for products assigned.
- Image and Video editing using editing tools.
- Prioritise the work and complete within the TAT based on business requirements.
- Accuracy in data capturing and rectification of errors in the existing data base.
- Give floor support and help the team with daily activities.
- Quality checks to be done for the team, in absence of QV/QAs.
- To be able to handle escalations in a timely fashion for better customer experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of either Categories like; Computers, Mobiles, Consumer Electronics, Large Appliances, Books.
