Educational Qualifications:
Bio-Medical Engineer -> B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Medical Electronics / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics and Tele Communication
Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Bio-Medical Engineering ( with minimum 60% of marks) with 5 years’ experience in Health Care Institution or Medical Equipment industry as Bio-medical Engineer / Medical Equipment Maintenance Engineer.
Assistant Manager - Logistics -> Bachelor in Pharmacy ( with minimum 60% of marks ) with 3 years of post - qualification experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse management, drug inventory management.
Assistant Manager - Procurement -> Bachelor in Pharmacy (with minimum 60% of marks) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in procurement of drugs or related activities for public health / healthcare commodities / Medical Equipments in hospitals.
Assistant Manager (Finance) -> M.Com ( with minimum 60% marks ) with experience in working Computer Accounting System / software package with 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the area of Accounts, Audit and Financial Management in an organisation.
Assistant Manager (HR & Administration) -> MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management / 2 years PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management (with minimum 60% of marks) with 3 years of post - qualification experience in managing HR & Administration.
Manager - Logistics -> Bachelor in Pharmacy (with minimum 60% of marks) with 5 years of post – qualification experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse management, drug inventory management.

Senior Manager - Equipment -> M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics / Medical Electronics / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics and Tele Communication Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Bio-Medical Engineering ( with minimum 60% career marks in all examinations starting from HSC to masters degree ) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling Medical Equipment maintenance and repair / procurement in medical equipments and contract management with expertise in technical specification of equipment.
Senior Manager-IT -> M. E / M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology (with minimum 60% career marks in all examinations starting from HSC to masters degree) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Application Designing and Development / Setting up the network and its maintenance / managing and monitoring the IT framework including all operational, technical and security aspects.
