Responsibilities:
- Make adjustments to existing rule flows and rules including champion/challenger and randomization as guided by Risk Management team
- Monitor for any rules firing incorrectly based on historical trends
- Implement new rule flows and rules to support new services, products, and consumer risk segments
- Conduct user acceptance testing relating to new or revised rules
- Implement new functionality such as velocity variables, lookup tables, etc. to enhance decision making
- Identify Blaze improvement opportunities and develop requirements and specifications
- Work closely with IT to support daily troubleshooting needs
- Manage daily rule request procedure
- Address performance issues in rule execution
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science
- Experience using information technology in computer applications programming, systems programming, or computer systems development.
- Blaze experience a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and related hands-on experience for developing a rule based system.
- Work experience that demonstrates ability to translate business requirements into rules format
