Job Description:
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as consultants to coordinate and plan a variety of complex executive meetings
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Managers
- Review and summarize miscellaneous documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
- Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and other ad hoc reports
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Creating purchase requests & clearing the invoices against the purchase order in timely manner.
- Co Ordinate & support in the Client visits & support in other logistical arrangements.
- Submission of bills in timely manner.
