Job Description:
- Any Bachelors Degree
- 0 - 2 years of work experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Health Insurance Domain is preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time
- Professional experience working with external clients in a team environment is preferred
- Ability to analyze and identify concerns proactively
- Basic skills in Excel (preferable)
Requirement Details:
- The production support engineer will handle the day-to-day operations of the application support activities for the commercial product.
- This person will work closely with business stakeholders, product engineering, implementation, QA and other production support teams
- The team is responsible in working on the production deliverables by following a pre-defined process
- The role needs to be able to support during off-work hours and the candidate should be flexible with the hours of support (off-work hours / weekend support)
- Should have good documentation skills
- Preferably Male aspirants
