Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastic, Motivated and pro-active individuals to our Network Operations Team
  • Shift work on 24×7 roster basis
  • Pro-active monitoring of the customers infrastructure
  • Taken ownership of tickets created within the stipulated SL
  • Follow up on tickets with the internal IT Team for resolution
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis via Phone, Email & Chat
  • Excellent comprehension skill & Interpersonal skills
Relevant Experience with RHCE Certified is most Preferable

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding on Infrastructure Monitoring tools Added advantage
  • Basic Linux CLI skills ( Client & Server OS)
  • Basic understanding on Windows OS ( Client & Server OS )
  • Basic understanding on Networking concepts
  • Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment
Note: Freshers from BE/B.Tech/MCA with Linux knowledge are invited.
