- Posting jobs on social networks viz, Linkedin, facebook
- Networking, Headhunting
- Initial screening
- Analysis the candidates knowledge, interest, skills & mindset by telephonic
- Make aware of the concern name to be shared and feeding information as friendly manner.
- Scheduling interview for shortlisting candidates
- Follow up the candidate until reach the destination
- Get the feedback from candidates about the interview process and questions asked by client
- Get the status from candidates as well as client.
- Interact with selected candidates till the joining
- Keep in touch with candidates for future reference
- Maintain database
