Educational Qualifications:
Senior Manager (Instrumentation) -> Essential - BE/B. Tech. or equivalent in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - PG Degree/PG Diploma in Management. Experience - Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience.
Manager / Dy.Manager (Civil) -> Essential - BE/B. Tech. in Civil/ Structural Engineering with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - PG Degree in Engineering/MBA/PG Diploma in Project Management. Expereince - ❖ Minimum 8 years for Manager and 6 years for Deputy Manager of post qualification experience in relevant field with any Government Company/ PSUs/Private Limited Company.
Manager (Electrical) -> Essential - BE/B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - PG Degree/PG Diploma in Energy Management/Electrical Science. Experience - Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in relevant field with any Government Company/ PSUs/Private Limited Company.
Manager / Assistant Manager (DIP) -> Essential - BE/B. Tech. or equivalent in Pulp & Paper Technology/Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - PG Diploma in Management/Pulp & Paper Technology. Experience - Minimum 8 years for Manager and 4 years for Assistant Manager Level of post qualification experience in relevant field with any Government Company/PSUs/Private Limited Company.
Assistant Manager (Captive Power Plant) -> BE/B.Tech. or equivalent Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation with 1st Class BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) with minimum 55% of marks. Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in relevant field with any Government Company/ PSUs/Private Limited Company in installation.
Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Project-Commercial) -> Essential - Regular MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma (2 Years) in Material/Inventory Management or e-Commerce with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - BE/B. Tech. Experience - Minimum 6 years for Deputy Manager and 4 years.
Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Logistics) -> Essential - Regular MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma (2 Years) in Material/Inventory Management or e-Commerce with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - BE/B. Tech.
Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Project-Finance) -> Essential - CA/ICWA. Desirable - CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance. Experience - Minimum 2-5 years of post qualification experience in relevant field with any Government Company/ PSUs/Private Limited Company in Finance & Accounts Department.
Officer-Project (Back Office Management) -> BE/B. Tech. in IT/CS/MCA with minimum 55% of marks. 2 years of post qualification experience in relevant field.
Assistant Officer (Stores) -> Essential - M. Com. and PGDCA with minimum 55% of marks. Desirable - MBA. Experience - 2 years of post qualification experience in relevant field.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC (NCL) category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.200/- by DD / Pay Order drawn in favour of Nepa Limited payable at Nepanagar (MP). Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories and internal candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
