Job Description:
- Provides Technical Assistance and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications and meet the quality
- Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as per defined by the process
- Improving skill level through Self development / nominating training programs
- Meet the defined Quality Scores. Innovation & Process Improvement
- The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team
- To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.
Required Candidates Profile
- Freshers or Minimum 1 year experience in any BPO. Preferably work experience in WFM.
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Good Communication Both Verbal and Written skills
- Candidate with good Analytical & Logical Thinking
