Job Description:
We are looking for Young Male Champs of B.Sc/B.Com Computer Sciences 2013& 2014 passed outs Graduates .
Roles&Responsibilities:
- Candidate has to perform the Service Desk Support where multiple users across the globe will call or send e-mail to fulfil their requests.
- The candidates should log the ticket and route it as appropriate and also they have to monitor the important application processes and batch component
Expectations:
- We are looking candidates who have 60% in 10th, +2 & Degree (BSC Computer Science / IT or BCA) with out any backlogs (arrears)
- Only Male Candidates (production support late hours)
- Decent Communication
