Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Pass or its equivalent.

Scouts & Guides Qualification:

(i) A President Scouts/Guides/ Ranger/Rovor, OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder. OR A pre-HWB trained Scouts leader/Advanced Trained Guides/Leader/Captain (and)
(ii) Should have been on active member of a Scouts Organization for al least 3 years in the recent past and should continue to be active (and)
(iii) Should have attended at least one event at National Level and one or two events at State level or should have a good rocord of participation in Scouts/Guide activities at Unit/District Level.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- payment should be made in favour of F.A. & C.A.O.DLW/VARANASI through Indiain Postal Order / Bank Draft. No fee for SC / ST / Female & Handicapped / Minority (Muslim / Sikh / Christian / Boudh / Parsi) Candidates.

How To Apply:

(i) Applications are invited in the prescribed format as attached at "Annexure-A" & "8" with a recent passport size photograph pasted thereon bearing Ml signature of the candidate.
(ii) Attach Two self addressed envelopes (one stamped of Rs.5/- & one unstamped.)
(iii) Copies of document viz. Birth, Educational, Caste & Scout Guide qualification attached.

(b) Should have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past and continued to be active.
(c) Should have attended at least one event at National level and/one or two events at State Level (OR) Should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District level. (Attach separate certificate issued by concerned District Commissioner)
(d) Should fulfill necessary conditions regarding age qualifications etc. for the post of Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-  as per the extant rules.
(e) Written declaration will be furnished by the candidate that he/she will serve the Scout & Guide movement in the event of his/her selection.

Selection Process: Written Examination, Interview and Passing in Prescribed Medical Examination.

Exam Fee: Rs.40/- for General and OBC Category candidates. The fee pay through by Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft/Demand Draft only in the favour of \'Sr.Divisional Finance Manager/NWR/Bikaner\' Payable at Bikaner.
